MLS Residential Listing

Instructions: Make sure you have chosen the correct setup forms from the Listing Setup Page. Click on the steps below to complete and submit each section of the listing process. After you have completed all of the steps, allow 1 business day to email your listing agreement. After all signatures are completed we will activate your listing on the MLS.

    • HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PHOTOS:

      Only submit the number of photos included in your listing plan!
      1. Use the BROWSE button to locate and select the photo file on your computer. Photos will display in the order selected. Note: Files must be in .jpg or .jpeg
      2. After selecting a photo file, it will be uploaded and resized automatically
      3. When you have finished reviewing your photo set use the SUBMIT PHOTO SET button at the bottom of the page to finish.

      If you are using Internet Explorer and are experiencing a problem, trying using another (better) browser like FireFox, Safari, or Chrome.

  • Please download, print, and complete your Connecticut Disclosures. You are required to provide a completed signed copy to any potential buyer before signing any purchase agreement with them. Please Note: If you would like a copy of your disclosures available for agents on the MLS, email us a .PDF copy to support@flatfeerealty.com.
