Video Tour Posted on Realtor.com
Do you have a video on YouTube or another video hosting site? Send it to us and we’ll post it on your Realtor.com listing. You’ll need to be able to email us the video file and there are some restrictions, however we can add the video to your listing for all buyers to see. Some Rules:
- You create the video and send it to us (file size under 100mb)
- No copyright music, no narration, and no owners info allowed
- Captions are permitted with room names
- The address is permitted but with no contact info
Photo Upgrade Package
Upgrade your total available photos to display 25 on Realtor.com instead of the amount that comes with your plan. You’ll also get more photos on the MLS. CT Statewide MLS goes up to 20 photos, and the CT Fairfield MLS goes up to 16 photos.
Direct Connect (Live Call Transfer)
This upgrades Info on Demand (Included FREE with MLS plan), so buyer calls from Realtor.com are transferred directly to your home or cell phone. How Does it Work? Simple – We post our toll fee number and your unique extension above your property description. Buyers will call, dial your extension, and be transferred direct to you. You get the buyer calls and you get the leads. Find a buyer with no broker and save the commission!
Lock Box for Agent Showings
The lock box is a device which holds a key to the home, that only qualified local agents can access. Homes that have a lockbox are easier to show, so your home may get shown more often. If at all possible, you should put a lockbox on your home for easier showing. Shipping will be added.
