Our new Agent Assist option is perfect for those folks that would like our professional guidance with offers, paperwork, and negotiations.
How does this work?
If the plan is purchased during signup, we’ll assist with ALL offers during the term of your listing. If the plan is purchased later, when you need help with an offer, the price is only good for that ONE offer. To get the most for your money, purchase the Agent Assist Plan during signup!
Plan Includes:
- Receiving offers from agents
- Delivery of offers to you via email or fax
- Review and guidance with paperwork
- Negotiations and professional advice
- Final contract delivery to buyers agent and your attorney
What will the seller need to do?
- After final paperwork is delivered, seller handles remainder of transaction with their attorney
- Before the offer, seller handles showings and buyer/agent calls with questions about their home
